Makes sense as all play modes are based around a "server" (even in offline mode while playing single player).The extreme and unpredictable conditions that characterised the Lost Planet series return, harsher than ever before. Runs great on Steam Deck but suspending the game seems to disconnect you from the session. Auto save seems to work well and often though.
Only complaint I have is in single player is the lack of pause or manual saving. Far Cry mixed with Dying Light, heavier than both concerning crafting and looting but not annoying as in many survival games.
